This site is operated by DKSR Consulting, LLC ("we", "us") under the name Driptrace. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
This website has no sign-up, account or contact form. We collect personal information only when you email us at driptrace@dksrconsulting.com or click a button that opens your email program. In that case we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We run a simple page-view counter on our own server. For each visit it records only the date, the page viewed, the website that referred you, any campaign tag in the link you followed, and whether you clicked a "Book a 20-minute call" or email link. It does not record your IP address, device or browser details, and it does not identify you or follow you between sites. It does not run if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
How we use information
- To reply to your message and discuss whether our service would help you.
- To send a proposal or agreement if you ask for one.
- To follow up on our conversation. We will stop if you ask us to.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, hosting and scheduling providers, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and notes about prospective clients for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Client engagements
Work done for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, including how client data is handled. This policy covers this website only.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email driptrace@dksrconsulting.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them as the law requires.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
